 Mihir (owner - TBSE), Rohan (owner - Pack A Pav) and TBSE chefs Kshama and Gaurav, the limited edition menu has been created as a part of TBSE's 'Local Culinary Superstars' campaign that aims at bringing to the limelight, hidden artists that are creating waves on India's culinary map and who can take bar food to galaxies never travelled before.
A mixed bag of Pack A Pav's most popular creations and a few new flavours curated by Rohan, Kshama and Gaurav - the menu boasts of fun Pav sandwiches such as The Mutton Shammi Pav, Irani Chicken Pav, Mum's Chicken Garnished Salli Pav and the Bheja Masala Pav. Not ones to disappoint the vegetarian clans, the menu will also serve Paneer and Cheese Pav and Mushroom Shammi Pav as specials.  Each pav dish will be accompanied with a dip and desi garnish.

And what meal can finish without alcohol swinging as the cherry (on top!)? TBSE's Cocktail Lab has also curated 6 unique cocktails that will form great combinations / partners that marry with each dish. Get ready for:

So this collaboration with TBSE is the perfect opportunity to test out my original plan for our pav sandwiches. I'm a TBSE regular and it feels pretty good to match my product with their popular concept. "

The Pav Exchange menu will run for three months at TBSE Lower Parel and will be priced between INR 200 - 350 for the dishes and between INR 400 - 600 for a Pav+Cocktail Lab Combo. 

TBSE's 'Local Culinary Superstars' campaign will kickstart this August 8th with Pack A Pav and travel to a new TBSE each quarter with a new menu and a new partner.
